Elegant Wedding in Hamburg

A day filled with love. The wedding couple, but also all the wedding guests celebrated a very emotional and touching wedding.  I had the pleasure to be a part as wedding photographer at this beautiful wedding. It was also kind of a home match having Anna Brinkmann as the wedding planner and Alper Tunc as the video photographer. The reception took place at the big ballroom at Süllberg, Hamburg. But let the pictures speak out loud:

A Gown to Kneel Down

Not only the dress, Sabrina has put a lot of thought into it to make the wedding an unforgettable event. The result is awesome and makes me as a wedding photographer very happy: lots of great details and a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the emotions as well, with very insightful moments in the church and with lots of fun in the evening the time went by extremely fast. The gown of the bride will be familiar to most of you, it is from top-designer Vera Wang from New York and it was worn of one of the actresses in the movie Bridewars. The blue suede shoes von NAVYBOOT were the perfect match for this dress. If you visit my blog more often, you will recognize Michael Graaf’s unique flower arrangements. Good work as well from Katharina Jasinski who did the make-up for this wedding. The cut and the smoking of the groom came from Dolzer.

The celebration took place at the Suellberg Hotel, where Michelin Star Chef Karlheinz Hauser prepared an unbelievable delicious dinner. During the lunch break there was a nice reception with harbour view at the Le Carnat Nouveau, the restaurant of Ali Güngörmus, the first turkish chef who got a Michelin star. Accordingly amazing was the cake and muffin buffet (frau larsson, Julies Cake, the knot, die Schoenhaberei, Casa di Falcone) In the evening the King Kamehameha Club Band from the King Ka in Frankfurt and DJ Dedl entertained the crowd with a great music mix. I don’t want to forget something that could be important to one of you. The carpet in the church was from Princessday, Pompons and Lampions are from Miss Étoile und Pom Pom Factory. The menu cards and church brochures were printed with the „Letterpressverfahren“ from Impressiona. The table and seat notes came from Gmund-Papier. I want to mention a special thanks to my intern Natalia Cury which contributed a few very nice pictures to this post. Enjoy!
